Shipping generally takes between 1-3 weeks, depending on your location. Our most popular shipping destinations are North America and the UK, which typically take 1-2 weeks.

Please contact us at support@mysticvale.com 3-5 days after processing has been completed and we will provide you with your tracking information.

If your ring has taken longer than three weeks, please check your tracking information or contact us at support@mysticvale.com. 

 

We accept various forms of payment, including Visa, Mastercard, Stripe, PayPal, and Google/Apple pay. We do not accept the following:

  • Cash on delivery
  • Cheque

We provide the following options to our customers:

  • If there is any damage to the item, we will happily refund your money or ship a new item. Please contact us with photos of any damage.
  • If the size of the ring is incorrect, we can do a product exchange. You will be responsible for shipping on your side.
  • If the product shipping time exceeds 8 weeks, we will provide a full refund.

We want to ensure our customers are happy with their ring. We encourage you to view our sizing guide before making a purchase, however, if your ring does not fit we can provide a ring exchange. 

You will be responsible for shipping the ring to us and we will send you your correct size.

We source our rings from a select group of ethically sourced manufactures from various parts of the world, including Europe, South America and Southeast Asia.

We operate out of the United States of America.

If the size of the ring is incorrect after shipping, we can do a size exchange, but you would be responsible for the shipping.
